• Create purchase requisition and their follow-ups.
• Coordination with Manager regarding Purchase Order (PO).
• Keeping records and inventory of stock.
• Issuing of raw materials and other consumables to departments concerned as per production order.
• Framework posting of every day issuance parts.
• Prepare Weekly & Monthly Material consumption & requirement reports.
• Inspect the materials received from suppliers with respect to Purchase requisition, quality & quantity.
• Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, pricing and invoicing information.
• Knowledge of managing returns and rejections professionally & promptly with suppliers.
• Payment to Supplier on time.
• The goods to be loaded on trucks efficient and effectively and make sure complete order dispatched.
• Supervise labours and getting results through efficient & effective way.
• Maintain Bilties record and check transport charges.
• Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
• Handle complains in case of wrong delivery.
• Willingness to work unusual hours.

• Daily reporting and Coordinating with H.O.D of Quality Assurance Depart.
• Forwarding of daily production report approval. •
• Releasing of certificate of daily sale product.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly production meeting report.
• Approved and Verify daily production in Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
